I recently installed Arch and I've been experiencing a very slow wifi connection. In Ubuntu I had no issues whatsoever (older kernel though).

my ath9k.conf
options ath9k nohwcrypt=1 btcoex_enable=1
My router is configured for auto channel, wireless b/g/n and 40mhz bandwidth (with 20mhz the connection speed is always 1mb/s, with 40mhz it sometimes is 72/50/60 and sometimes also 1mb/s).
I read online that there was (is?) an issue with the ath9k driver, and tried the solutions provided (the options in the .conf file), but they had no effect. Is someone experiencing something similar?
Offline
I am having a issue similar to this as well. The connection is slow and I have random dropouts that require a reboot to bring it back online. Adding the line to ath9k.conf has worked so far for me, but I just started with it today. Do you get any error output with journalctl -u wlp2s0 in terminal?
