Did the touchpad work under Windows?
That looks pretty powerful -- if it's a new laptop, maybe the device isn't supported yet under GNU/Linux.
I can find a few links by searching startpage.com for the laptop name ("Ноутбук DNS") + touchpad, but they're all in cyrilic...

The touchpad works on windows. It worked on windows 8 (I think 8.1) in the shop and It works with windows 7 out-of-the-box.

What does your startpage search give you?
I can't read cyrilic but there were plenty of links...

Nothing helpful there. I found a person with problems with a touchpad on another DNS laptop, but there is no solution.
