Voice telephony via wvdial

I have a 3G/4G/LTE modem at /dev/ttyUSB0 which I works for data through wvdial.

I wish to know if there is a way to use the modem as a cell/mobile phone to make and receive calls through the SIM plan which I am using?

I am able to dial and receive calls through minicom AT commands. But seeking pointers to channel the voice data to the speaker/mic.
