Unable to set up HP laserjet 4000 via a network connection...

I go through the motions for CUPS and the screen I end up with says:

Add Printer HP_LaserJet_4000_Series Error

Unable to get list of printer drivers:

Success
Add Printer HP_LaserJet_4000_Series Error

Unable to get list of printer drivers:

Success

And I'm COMPLETLY confused by this... Feel free to ask any questions to help me give all the information necessary to properly troubleshoot this. I'm a bit exhausted and can't really think straight at the moment, so I'm posting what I can remember for now and may fill in some blanks after I've gotten some rest and looked at the issue with fresh eyes. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!
