Virtual Machines on OpenVPN

Hello,

I'm a bit unclear about something. Let's say I have two virtual machines on a remote server. Remote server is running openvpn. I want to be able to RDP to the virtual machines, but only when connected to the VPN. How do I set this up? Is there a way to create virtual interfaces that are only on the VPN, which I can then assign to the VMs? Any links or so would be greatly appreciated!
