High xorg usage KDE 5 [Solved]

Hello,

I have kde 5 installed and experiencing high xorg releted cpu usage.

Can anyone help to figure what could cause this because it slows down my system.

Conky high-jacked my system.

I disabled conky at startup, it made no difference conky still kept running even after reboot.

I removed the .conkyrc file - conky still kept running.

I had to uninstall conky completely, which solved the high xorg usage problem.

My xorg CPU usage now 0.7 %
