[ Solved ] ThinkPad T540p - disable wake up on lid open?

Hello!

I've checked BIOS - and haven't find the option to disable wake-up on lid open. Is there any workaround for that, like an option in /proc?

EHC2      S3    *enabled   pci:0000:00:1a.0

I see that LID is enabled, but I don't really understand what to do with this knowledge. Can you please explain?
