MySQL Does not start.

Hi Guys, I've just installed mysqld (mariadb) as I was trying to setup an apache server on my computer, but I can't get MySQL to start, I never had this problem before with a fresh instalation, it gives me this output:  https://imgur.com/PoC6uTB

My bad, the guide I was reading is a bit outdated, I'll make sure to check the Wiki first when something like that occurs
