Connman: start offline?

Hello all,

I'm trying to get connman to start in offline mode, but after searching, I'm at a loss. I tried putting

DefaultAutoConnectTechnologies=ethernet

in its config file, to at least try to make it not connect to wireless network once it is started, but it does not work. Does anyone know how to accomplish either of these goals? Thanks in advance.
