Hello,
Try to open about:config in Firefox and set true for:
media.mediasource.enabled
media.mediasource.webm.enabledOffline
Please choose a more suitable topic title, and remove the superfluous "help". Also, the installation subforum is not the correct place for this topic, moving to Multimedia and Games.
Please read through http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
Firefox has some optional dependencies which are needed for some video playback, have you installed these?
