miredo (teredo) is constantly being refreshed, says qbittorrent. Why?

journalctl shows the tunnel being started over and over again.

qbittorrent shows it way more frequently.

Here's the github issue where we're trying to figure out what's wrong.

I'm sure this is not how miredo is supposed to behave by default.
It did this on v.1.2.6 in the official repos, and it's doing it in v1.3.0 which I built from source.
I'm no Elminster of networking, so any pointers on how I can go about resolving this would be much appreciated!

This is my miredo.conf. I'm not sure if miredo.service uses it or not.
