Is there a way to do exactly the same thing as if I would activate the file /etc/netctl/examples/tuntap, but with systemd-networkd instead of netctl? If so, how would such a config file look like?

I think so, but I have not actually tried it. Take a look at the systemd-network documentation. http://www.freedesktop.org/software/sys … twork.html
By the reading of that, it appears you can do what you are trying to do. I think you are going to modify the configuration files that are used to control the two NICs, and will add forwarding or bridging commands to link them.
Ar least, that is where I would start.
Edit: Try this article https://major.io/2015/10/16/gre-tunnels … -networkd/
