after a long time of reading through bords i found no solution to fix my problem.
i cant conenct to eduroam and dont know why. i tried the solution with "set power save off" but it doesnt work.
maybe someone can help me please.

Are those settings provided by your university? Because the correct settings depend on the particular configuration. Those would certainly not work for me, for example. (Although I think that looks similar to a configuration which used to work, but then they reconfigured things.) In particular, ttls would not work for me - I need peap with settings for group, pairwise and an anonymous identity.
