systemd-networkd seems to have stopped working

I rebooted my Linode for the first time in several months and couldn't ssh into it. After getting in via the Lish console I discovered that eth0 had changed to enp0s4, so I edited /etc/systemd/network/wired.network.  Now I can't get the network to come up.

Result of ip a:

3: enp0s4: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 qdisc noop state DOWN group default qlen 1000
    link/ether f2:3c:91:56:f0:0f brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

wired.network:

[root@mail2 network]# less wired.network

Host=wilkesley.org
Virtualization=yes

IPForward=yes
DNS=109.74.192.20

However, netctl works fine and no I am not trying to use it at the same time as systemd-networkd:)

Re: systemd-networkd seems to have stopped working

Can you make it up with `ip link set enp0s4 up` though? Oh nvm, netctl works.
