NetworkManager on saving password for peap sets system-ca-certs=true

In my institution we have PEAP with MSCHAPv2 802.1x authentication system.

When I save my password in the GUI Network Manager Setting, the saved config file in

/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/

has

system-ca-certs=true

.
Due to this, I am not able to connect to the network because there is some problem with the certs on my network.

But if I select the Ask this password every time option, the config file doesn't have the above line, which allows me to connect to the network.

To save the password, or every time I change my password, I have to go to the file, delete the config line and restart the NetworkManager.service.
Then it connects successfully.

Is this a bug of some kind? If not, what is the permanent solution?

Re: NetworkManager on saving password for peap sets system-ca-certs=true

The correct solution would be to ask for the certificate and install it.
