HI Everybody, I'm a new arch user, I've used fedora for 5 years and thought that was time to try something new. I just installed arch a couple of days ago, but the internet is really really slow, I've read a lot but until now I'm not able to find a solution. I'd be very glad if some of you could give me a hand in this.

Let's look at a couple things. Could you post the output of
sudo iw wlp36s0b1 scan
and of
find /etc/systemd
Be sure to use BBCode code tags to keep it legible.
Thanks.

TheChickenMan Actually I'm using Network Manager, I'll check the wiki and let you know about any progress.

Those look reasonable. I was checking that you don't have multiple things trying to control the hardware. Looks fine.
There are a few access points there. I see you are associated with "Oracle" but you have a signal level of -66 dBm. That is a little low, but not so low that I would expect a huge packet loss.
Lets see the output of cat /proc/net/wireless

Okay, I am barking up the wrong tree. It looks like your radio link is solid.
That is good. Sadly, I am not the guy to help with routing issues.

Well in the first post it was stated that the problem went away when a new DNS server was entered in resolv.conf but then went back to broken shortly thereafter. Since the OP is running Network Manager which rewrites resolv.conf on its own this is probably what happened, or at least a good next step. Either circumvent NM and enter a new DNS server manually or use NM to enter the new DNS server and try that.

A "bad" dns server does not cause packet loss, at most it will affect initial connectivity.
@lgruelas
Your idea to test with mtr and traceroute is a good one, I would add tcptraceroute to the mix and check if anything seems slow along the way, although I suspect it might not catch anything.
You should also try a wired connection if possible, at least that would eliminate the wireless link as a possible culprit. I've experienced problems in my own home network when some devices are connected via wireless, but I've never checked if there is packet loss or they just hog/hang the wireless connection. The symptom is everything network related will just stop for a short while, even the connection to a nfs server on the local network, then things work fine for a short while then hang again.
I've read that broadcom cards can be tricky to get to work properly, you should try to google for other people with similar problems. Also maybe try to check which firmware version was being used in fedora and maybe if they had some changes of their own to the driver.

Hi TheChikcenMan, I have edited the /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf file, I commented the line dns=default and wrote dns=none, That stops NetworkManager for editing the resolv.conf, then I made a backup for the resolv.conf and then I reboot the computer, after the reboot I've to replace the relosv.conf file (NM generate one empty) with the backup and surfing the web looks a little better, for a while, then I made another mtr.
