[Solved] Owncloud with Apache problem (Internal Server Error)

Hi,

I've installed owncloud sometimes ago on my mini server (based on Solid-Run CuBox with Marvell ARM Soc), following the arch wiki. It was working very well. From my lan and from wan.
But since, i've installed a little cms (grav) and removed owncloud.
The apache service work well and my little website is seen from lan and wan.
But yesterday, i've tried to reinstall owncloud and now, when i try to access http://localhost/owncloud, i've got an Internal Server Error.

EDIT: There's some old config files that was not removed with owncloud 8.x. Problem solved.
