[Kind of solved] Unable to randomize MAC with macchanger

Ok I'm trying this for days and came to no solution.

1: What do I want?

I want to use a randomized MAC for my wired connection using macchanger.

2: What is my enviroment?

I'm using Gnome-Shell with NetworkManager.

3: What have I tried?

I used this Wiki-Page and tried to set up a systemd-unit. The unit itself loads successfully, but does not change the MAC as expected.

Now the funny part: I'm not able to change the MAC with macchanger at all. I've tried this manually:

sudo ip link set enp0s25 down
sudo macchanger -e enp0s25
Current MAC:  [OLD_MAC] (MITAC INTERNATIONAL CORP.)
Permanent MAC: [OLD_MAC] (MITAC INTERNATIONAL CORP.)
New MAC:       [RANDOMIZED_MAC] (MITAC INTERNATIONAL CORP.)
sudo ip link set enp0s25 up

But sadly, "ip link show enp0s25" shows still the same Adress. Nothing changes at all.

What could be the reason for that? Is NetworkManager the problem?

Solved. Deaktivating NetworkManager and fully switching to systemd-netword did the trick.
