Does bftpd support IPv6?

Trying to enable IPv6 for bftpd. Using the default bftpd.conf installed by pacman, bftpd only listens on IPv4 addresses. Even setting "BIND_TO_ADDR=fc00:c::1" (a valid IPv6 address that plenty of other services have no problem listening on), doesn't work.

Googling for "bftpd ipv6" produces no relevant results, other than a small comment years ago in the changelog for bftpd that IPv6 "can now be supported in the future"....
