I am running on a Lenovo W541 laptop with a standard Arch build straight from the installation guide with network manager. I have tried to connect to my school's eduroam using their automated tool, and it does not connect. The output is below

I know that my computer's network card can run on eduroam's network because I was able to connect when I used Windows, so the error stating that I had an invalid network card didn't make sense.
Afterwards, I tried using the connman utility (after stopping network manager) using the p12 certificate I downloaded from my school's website, and I still could not connect.
Finally I tried just using network manager with the certificate. I end up getting stuck in an endless loop of network manager asking for a password and not accepting the correct password that I registered with.
Can someone help me connect to wifi, please? I've run out of things to try.

I would ditch that automated utility and try connecting manually with wpa_supplicant and a dhcp client. That way you will be able to check exactly where it fails and what is the problem.

I had a similar issue with eduroam. I mapped out how I connected using wpa_supplicant in this thread:

You might me experiencing a problem with a broken authentication server but you need to connect manually to see all the details, see [1].
