Can't connect through NetworkManager

Yesterday I installed Arch like I always do: after using wifi-menu to set up the system, I install xfce, networkmanager, and nm applet, maybe I disable something in order to use networkmanager without conflicts and finally "everything" works.

This time I get:
Connection activation failed (2)
Active connection removed before it was initialized

I couldn't find much about this error message and I couldn't solve the problem.

Re: Can't connect through NetworkManager

There do seem to be reports of similar (if not identical) issues:

Re: Can't connect through NetworkManager

After installing gnome-keyring and solving other troubles, "everything" works for now...

On the wiki was specified that gnome-keyring might be necessary, but without the error message.

Re: Can't connect through NetworkManager

You can add the error message to the wiki or at least on the discussion tab of the wiki
