Hi,
I try to create a access point with nmtui.
The objective is to connect multiple devices to an "offline" server with nginx through wifi.
It works well with a static IP client.
I would like to know if it's possible to configure Network manager (Access Point mode) with dynamic IP client.
Does Network manager have build in dhcp server integrated or do i need to use another software ? If so which one do you recommend ?

I think you are looking for dhcpd (Not to be confused with dhcpcd -- the client side daemon)

Hi ewaller,
Thanks, it works like a charm.
I thought that dhcpd was in conflict with NetworkManager.
From french wiki :
Pour éviter des problèmes de conflit, pensez à bien désactiver tout autre service réseau en action (dhcpcd.service, netctl.service, wicd.service) avant d'utiliser NetworkManager sur une interface réseau donnée.
I just didn't notice the difference between dhcpcd and dhcpd until your answer.
So thanks for the solution and for upgrade my knowledge.
