NetworkManager + dnscrypt & dnsmasq

Hi

Not sure what am I missing here but I followed wiki and setup dnsmasq and dnscrypt. NetworkManager runs dnsmasq (so dnsmasq.service is disabled), dnscrypt-proxy is working as expected (sitting on port 53531 as my preference). When I connect to a wifi, I set up NetworkManager to automatically connect to VPN. However, here comes all the strange: in the middle of NetworkManager restart, the log shows:

So I'm not sure how to disable nameserver coming from wlp1s0 into dnsmasq server list. I would like to use dnscrypt and vpn only nameservers.
