Terminal not connecting. [Solved]

I had already set up a connection in the Network Manager and in system settings but the terminal does not want to connect even though everything else is working fine.

I checked the connection settings and the eno1 device has the IPv4 static address properly set up, I have the proxy configured already in wget but it forcefully needs to use the static IPv4 address or else the proxy rejects the connection.

Here are the eno1 settings.

and the output when I try to use wget

Edit:

When I ping to the static IP address the packages are lost. Wget, Aria2 and Pacman without any extra options do not connect at all, though the web browser works with NetworkManager.

The other network managers were interferring with the Network Manager I had configured, the problem was solved when I disabled all the other network managers and leave the KDE one.

Edit: I'll be blocking sudo for the other users on that computer...
