Bluetooth PAN: uid 1000 has no permission to perform this operation

Hi, I'm having trouble using my new cell's bluetooth PAN.

I had no problem with my previous phone but that was almost a year ago.

Using blueman-applet and networkmanager.

When connecting via networkmanager applet, I get this in journal:

Additionally, when I try to connect via blueman-applet, I get this error:

Connection Failed: uid 1000 has no permission to perform this operation.

I'm not sure what's wrong, thanks for any tips smile

edit: Bluetooth device controller is

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 8087:0a2b Intel Corp.

-m.

What happened to Arch's KISS? systemd sure is stupid but I must have missed the simple part ...

... and who is general Failure and why is he reading my harddisk?

Re: Bluetooth PAN: uid 1000 has no permission to perform this operation

I observed the similar issue on Fedora and there exists a somehow relevant thread on AskUbuntu. From what I observed and someone suggested there the issue unveils when you switch users without fully logging out but unfortunately I don't know what can be done to solve it.
