PXE boot using unpacked ISO on OpenWRT router

Hello guys!

I need some help for setting up the PXE boot environment on my 1043ND.
The Ubuntu live ISO just works fine if I walk trough the tutorial.
So I just tried to create a mixture with the HOWTOs from OpenWRT and the Arch wiki, but the installer is just trying to mount the disk device at /dev/disk/by-label. The kernel and initrd images are loading just fine.
Seems like the ip=:::::eth0:dhcp line couldn't start the interface, at least ip a and ifconfig doesn't show any interface except the loopback. The board is an older M2A-MX.
Any ideas?

Thank you

How about ip=::::::dhcp?
