[Solved]Hp envy dv7 3790el wifi hard blocked

Hello to all,
the other while I was on arch suddenly my wifi, and became hard blocked, so by practice I tried to restart the wfi with rfkill, but no results, so I started to search the net, I followed several posts here on the forum but Without results.
I tried to update the bios, restored windows8.1, but without any resent.
I tried to send it in suspension, nothing to do, done various tests as indicated on the forum of hp, nothing there too.
I tried live, I miss you hammered it will unlock.
Is there any chance that my wifi will work again or should I put my soul in peace?
And what wireless card would you recommend if I had to change it

Ps) in 4 years I have this notebook never had a problem with wifi

Hard blocked means you pressed a physical switch that turned off the device, look at your keyboard/the top of your laptop for a corresponding symbol.

Yes, there is the wifi button, when I press the wifi button it locks them both, but when I put it back it only unlocks one.

discussion update
since yesterday no more bluethoot on windows and the light is still orange instead of white, so I think the card is gone,I ordered the new card on a Chinese site I hope is that right.

yesterday I received the card, from cina,inserted the new card, the wireless is back to work.
