Hi!
There is a specific public wireless network that sometimes I cannot connect too.
I don't see any meaningful explanation for this failure, except for the following cryptic messages in dmesg:
iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Radio type=0x2-0x0-0x0
IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlp3s0: link is not ready
wlp3s0: authenticate with 12:34:56:78:90:ab
wlp3s0: send auth to 12:34:56:78:90:ab (try 1/3)
wlp3s0: authenticated
wlp3s0: associate with 12:34:56:78:90:ab (try 1/3)
wlp3s0: RX AssocResp from 12:34:56:78:90:ab (capab=0x8421 status=0 aid=12)
wlp3s0: associated
IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wlp3s0: link becomes ready
wlp3s0: deauthenticating from 12:34:56:78:90:ab by local choice (Reason: 3=DEAUTH_LEAVING)
Can someone please explain what is behind this message?
Why do I have to leave by local choice? Can't I just stay and connect instead?
:-)
Thank you!

If it's a public network, probably there's not much you can do about it. Can you connect using anything else (e.g. another O.S., your phone...)?
Actually: which network manager are you using? Also post
systemctl list-unit-files --state=enabled
and make sure you're using only one service to connect.
