Installing nvidia drivers for MX150

MX150 is a relatively new gpu which is not mentioned on the arch wiki for Nvidia. I tried downloading nvidia package but I'm not able to start xorg server. It just shows a black screen. Which drivers packages should I download for it? Should I download drivers directly from nvidia's website?

Re: Installing nvidia drivers for MX150

The driver package should be correct, however you are likely running a hybrid setup and will have to do some decisions, look at this recent thread/post for more info: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 1#p1763381

Re: Installing nvidia drivers for MX150

Thanks @V1del. I installed bumblebee and then nvidia-beta. And everything works fine now.
