Error while I'm trying to connect a hotspot connection [SOLVED]

Hi everyone!
I installed a fresh version of Arch on my laptop and in my work place there exist a wifi hotspot connection to access internet.
The problem it's when I'm try connect I can't access the login page to put the user and password to get internet.
To connect I do the following things:
I found the connection then it appears a windows like this:

And display that error.

In firefox appears this:

It's sound like it cant display the login page because doenst recognize that has internet... I don't know.

Welp the problem was inherit by docker. So stopping docker services I was able to connect.
