internet becomes nonfunctional, "RRM: Not RRM network"

Every 5-10 minutes, although I still stay connected to my wifi network, my internet connection stops working. When I look at the wpa_supplicant@wlp2s0 logs, when this happens, the log is flooded with messages saying

wpa_supplicant[14643]: RRM: Ignoring radio measurement request: Not RRM network

The only other instance of this that I can find is this manjaro forums post from 2 days ago, which leads me to believe that it is a somewhat new problem.
My kernel is 4.19.10-arch1-1-ARCH.
My wpa_supplicant is v2.7, but the problem occurred on v2.6 too.
And yes, I have "sudo pacman -Suy"ed recently.

Thanks for the help!

Arch has been using 2.6 since 2016 https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/pack … c5849ce25d
There are known security issues with the older releases but can you estimate which release of 2.6  the issue started with?
As you mentioned it happening using 2.7 the system has all the testing repositories enabled?

Re: internet becomes nonfunctional, "RRM: Not RRM network"

Are you sure about the relation between connection issues and the RRM requests?
How do you determine "I still stay connected to my wifi network, my internet connection stops working"
Does the connection "fix itself"?
How do you establish the wifi connection? (tools, services)
Output of

systemctl list-unit-files --state=enabled
