USB Devices not showing up

I am new to Arch Linux and I just discovered that my external USB devices are not showing up in the Files app.
I discovered that there is no /media directory either as there used to be in the previous Linux distributions that I have used as of now. I can guarantee that the USB devices were detected as there are relevant details in the *dmesg* output:

[10630.179201] usb 1-10: new high-speed USB device number 4 using xhci_hcd
[10630.320283] usb 1-10: New USB device found, idVendor=0781, idProduct=558a, bcdDevice= 1.00
[10630.320290] usb 1-10: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3

[10689.355552] usb 1-10: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
[10689.355556] usb 1-10: Product: Ultra
[10689.355560] usb 1-10: Manufacturer: SanDisk

[10728.793552] usb 1-10: new high-speed USB device number 6 using xhci_hcd
[10728.991454] usb 1-10: New USB device found, idVendor=0bc2, idProduct=ab26, bcdDevice= 1.08

[10728.991469] usb 1-10: Manufacturer: Seagate
[10728.991472] usb 1-10: SerialNumber: NA9C8V6K

But, there's nothing in the lsblk output:
NAME   MAJ:MIN     RM        SIZE         RO      TYPE    MOUNTPOINT
sda             8:0           0       931.5G          0         disk
├─sda1      8:1           0         550M           0         part           /boot
├─sda2      8:2           0           16G           0         part         [SWAP]
└─sda3      8:3           0         915G           0         part               /
sr0            11:0           1       1024M           0         rom

So, what should I do next?

PS. It's my first time in this forum so I don't know the constructs of making those sub-scrollable boxes of command outputs.

Re: USB Devices not showing up

Managed to solve it myself by executing the following commands:
(uname -a)
pacman -Q linux

Re: USB Devices not showing up

Those are diagnostic commands, what is it you think they accomplished?

Please edit your first post to use code tags around the terminal outputs.

Re: USB Devices not showing up

Those commands teach that one needs to reboot after upgrading kernel.
