netctl blocks the boot process for several minutes if WiFi is not foun

Whenever my WiFi doesn't work on boot, netctl blocks the boot process for several minutes, even after the first 1:30 ultimatum elapses. How can I prevent that?

$ find /etc/systemd/ | grep netctl
/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/netctl@wlp3s0f0u8\x2dWLAN\x2d756895.service
/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/netctl.service

/etc/systemd/system/netctl@wlp3s0f0u8\x2dWLAN\x2d756895.service.d/profile.conf

Whenever my WiFi doesn't work on boot,

What is causing that ?

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

(A works at time B)  && (time C > time B ) ≠  (A works at time C)

I'm not sure, could be the router. When this happens I normally restart the netctl profile once or twice and it works again.

The device isn't showing up:

device descriptor read/64, error -110

This usually means to much power draw on the USB, please post a complete dmesg and lsusb.
