After set up boot loader we need to reboot, to actually load Arch. But I figured out that network interface was changed.
I don't remember what it was, but now it's ens3, thus no internet.
I was managed to solve it with:
systemctl enable dhcpcd@ens3
ip link set ens3 upTo prevent this, is it some step that I missed before reboot, or it's just normal deal to proceed with enabling systemd service?

By default, systemd v197 will now name interfaces following policy 1) if that information from the firmware is applicable and available, falling back to 2) if that information from the firmware is applicable and available, falling back to 3) if applicable, falling back to 5) in all other cases. Policy 4) is not used by default, but is available if the user chooses so.
And why I'm failed back to level 4? What is wrong with my ens3?

Read dmesg and see what is actually happening.

ens3 looks to me to be:
2. Names incorporating Firmware/BIOS provided PCI Express hotplug slot index numbers (example: ens1)
Do you mean the name in the live media was using:
4. Names incorporating the interfaces's MAC address (example: enx78e7d1ea46da)

In live media it was eth0
