Duplicated menu with LibreOffice Fresh 6.2.2.2 and KDE Plasma

I realized I was posting to a thread marked as solved here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=244116, so maybe that is why no one is answering

I don't know if this is the same / related bug to that issue, but the issue persist on Libre Office Fresh  Version: 6.2.2.2 on Linux 5.0.6-arch1-1-ARCH

For a very short time while the new document is being displayed I can see File Tools and Help in the box covering the menu, and then the text disappears.

It is also displayed across screens and over other applications.

what does xprop tell you about that ghost window?

This suggest it's some sort of Libreoffice add-on. Have you installed any extension?

Anaphraseus
English dictionary
Zotero

I disabled Anaphraseus and the extra toolbar is gone.
