laptop keyboard and touchpad not work after login Gnome Wayland.

My laptop keyboard and touchpad won't work after login the gnome (wayland) when the laptop not in the AC mode and not connect any USB input devices.

In the lightdm, everything is OK, just after login the gnome, they will lose their function.

And if I boot with the AC power or I connect my usb  mouse or use Xorg mode Gnome. This issue won't happen.

I check the xorg log (attached below), found the libinput won't load in this issue.

I installed libinput, xf86-input-libinput and TLP with default configuration.

I don't think is the same issue because the no any problem under the Xorg session.
