Installing my HP Envy 5000 Printer

I have resisted asking for help because I like to try to do it myself but I have exhausted all my researched methods:
GOOGLE
Forums/Wiki
IRC/Discord

Steps I have tried:
Installed and enabled CUPSD(verified)

 derek  Skinner  ~  $  systemctl status org.cups.cupsd.service
● org.cups.cupsd.service - CUPS Scheduler
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/org.cups.cupsd.service; enabled; vendor preset: dis>
Active: active (running) since Tue 2019-09-17 08:01:18 EDT; 10min ago

Installed hplip
Ran hp-setup as user in group lp and as root in sudo.

 derek  Skinner  ~  $  sudo hp-setup

HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.19.8)

QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
Found device: hp:/net/ENVY_5000_series?ip=10.0.0.194
error: Printer queue setup failed. Error : successful-ok-ignored-or-substituted-attributes

Done.

added -i

Enter number 0...2 for connection type (q=quit, enter=usb*) ? 1

Using connection type: net

error: No device selected/specified or that supports this functionality.

Tried in GNOME Control Center, says additional drivers required but shows nothing when it opens software center.

TIA
