Systemd-networkd; WICD; Wireless

I am running a systemd-networkd enabled network, dhclient, using WICD to manage it; no dhcpcd or netctl. I am using a static ipaddress with a specific dns server setup in /etc/systemd/network (/20-wired.network,/25-wireless.network). What I am observing in the wicd-gui I use to disable wired and connect to fully configured wireless network is that wireless connects, but wired kicks back in taking precedence, and knocking wireless back down. Anybody know how to stop this behavior? I am trying to switch back and forth between wired and wireless, which once worked just fine.
