Hello, since the change of branch 5.1.x to 5.2 or latest, I have noticed that my machine freezes a little, and every time I check the state of memory I see that I have hardly any free ram, always below 1.5 GB, and the buff/cache in 3 or 4 GB with just the browser and dolphin open, now checking the ram
total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 7,5Gi 3,5Gi 232Mi 174Mi 3,8Gi 3,6Gi
Swap: 4,0Gi 11Mi 4,0Giand it is only possible to return to normal by restarting, since if I close the section and reopen it the buff / cache is maintained and just release some ram below 1.5 GB

Please see https://www.linuxatemyram.com for an explanation of free vs available.
You did not post a comparative output from 5.1.Y. Please also use code tags for commands and their outputs.

Oh thanks for the suggestion I have already done it, my apologies, the reading has been very reassuring but what would be the best way to go, it is true that it sounds great but my applications are rare is there any way to improve that? what should I do?? acquire more ram? switch to a faster disk? Thanks in advance.

What?
The free -h output you provided does not suggest that you're short on RAM (at that time) so maybe start by describing the problem you perceive instead of (I assume) jump to a conclusion about the cause and then run into the wrong direction.

I liked the recommended article, once again this forum does not disappoint, both on a technical and general level, returning to the subject, I just put a little more ram and added a faster disk, with it solve the problem even if I notice something different after several tests and is that when I use kernel 5.2.x I can not suspend the pc cu, when I try to resume it stays on a black screen, I cannot change to another console or open the graphic environment, just that a black screen, I did tests doing downgrade but only with kernel lts 4.x and versions before 5.2 can I suspend without problems, but not is the subject, close the post and open new kernel 5.2.x or higher does not suspend the PC
