I need to use the cisco anyconnect tool for proxy surfing, but Arch does not seem to support this software, so is there any way to solve my needs?
One way I can think of is through virtual machine proxies.

Did you read the comments on the AUR page? You have to provide the anyconnect-linux64-4.7.00136-core-vpn-webdeploy-k9.sh file yourself as Cisco doesn't allow for it to be redistributed.

Stop using a helper and do it the supported way using makepkg. AUR helpers are only to make it easier when it works. If something is broken, you need to understand how to debug and fix it using the proper tools.

Where? There's a vague question about using "virtual machine proxies", which explains nothing.
