Nginx keeps downloading php, nextcloud

I tried installing nextcloud to host my own stuff; storage, etc.

I followed the guide in the arch wiki to the t, I believe.

As the title says, the index.php keeps downloading and I am not sure what to do.

(By the way, not sure how to make code blocks...)
