When I boot into linux-vfio or linux-vfio-lts, my previously working set up with netctl gets clobbered: ip link shows no wlan devices at all.
When running the -vfio kernels I have installed nvidia-dkms drivers. I'm also aware that I should reinstall 'networking' tools but am not sure what that means. I tried reinstalling netctl and broadcom-wl without luck.

If you rely on broadcom-wl you must install the kernel headers for your kernel and broadcom-wl-dkms to support other kernels than the standard kernel: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Br … roadcom-wl
