systemd-networkd failed to start network service. Can't figure out why

My network-associated components:
    i219v: 1 port; intel 82580 4 ports

Previously I used dhcpcd to set my build with a static address. As I planned to bind the physical interface (i219v, named as enp0s31f6) to a virtual network bridge to which the VMs will attach, I used systemd-networkd to create the virtual network bridge, bind it to the physical address and assign static address to the bridge as per ArchWiki instructions.

However, the settings failed my network service to start for unknown reason.

Here're my netdev and network files in /etc/systemd/network
everBr.netdev

Has the system been updated to systemd 244-1?

Yes, it’s running with the latest version of Arch distro. I ran pacman -Syu before switching from dhcpcd to networkd.

Re: systemd-networkd failed to start network service. Can't figure out why

Please rebuild systemd with debug symbols.
This does appear to be an upstream bug.

I was distracted from computer for a few days and then I reinstalled the whole-new Arch distro. Everything went well. I agree with your statement that my previous issue may relate to some upstream bug.
