Broadcom iwd systemd-networkd fail

I am trying to get wifi going on my laptop computer. I would like to use iwd and systemd-networkd. No luck so far.

I am working with iwctl. I have linked pastebins with logs I thought relevant.

Laptop is Toshiba Satellite C55-C5390
This is a UEFI install/boot
