Hi, the audio quality is very poor on my system and its crashes after few second (whole system)
here is my lspci :

and update your post. "bad audio" is not a usable problem description and the reference to the controller HW doesn't describe your setup at all.

That's one of the diffences between Arch and Manajro. You are expected to read the wiki and use that information to configure your setup yourself. Not just show up here and go, 'halp, it doesn't work".
