Octopi 0.10.0

Hello everyone,

I've updated the octopi package.

Try to take a look of the PKBUILD...

I've made a small error with the release number...
I've set it to 0...

I believe people are being discouraged to use Octopi here in the Arch community because it does partial upgrades and partial upgrades are not unsupported.

@d_fahardo But Aarnt the dev of Octopi has worked hard from more than one year to release the V 0.10.0...
Test it before juge it...

This is a terrible response. If you don't address the specific concern, testing it is a non-starter.
