KDE - Wallpaper and notification are offset

After changing my kernel this is what happened:

(the red rectangles show where the monitors actually are)

Tried reinstalling xorg, drivers and even a plasma, but nothing...

When it starts the Plasma, the splash screen is in the right place, but before it finishes, it moves.

Downgrading qt5 back to 5.15.0 helped.

Still not sure if this is a QT or KDE bug.
