kea dhcp server and migration tool from ISC DHCP

Now that the latest version of the kea dhcp package is up to version 1.8 in testing, is there any plan to build the keama migration tool that is an extension to the ISC dhcp server package, so that users can make an easier transition from dhcp ro kea? The packages are at https://www.archlinux.org/packages/comm … 86_64/kea/ for the stable version, 1.5 currently, and at https://www.archlinux.org/packages/comm … 86_64/kea/ for version 1.8 though 1.9 is available upstream also.
