Problems with pacman and mirrors

I did a fresh install of arch with a DE yesterday. Since I had to install a lot of thing with large size(considering my poor connection),I decided to change my mirrors because my connection with pacman was worse than anything(50kb/s).

So I did changed it and ngl It was better,but now pacman is not able to install things from official repos and I can't use multilib too even though I did what I had to do for it to work. I think the problem is because of mirrors but I am not sure what to do but try different mirrors and update it.

For example
Output when trying to install steam;

Mirror List;

No errors other than target not found from pacman.

Thanks!
