i use arch linux on a dell insprion 1545 with dell wireless 1397 or BCM 4321 i tried installing broadcom-wl but nothing happend

Just installing the package won't do anything - you also have to unload the b43 and load the wl kernel module.
Make sure the "no internet" condition isn't cause by conflicting network managers and please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
